In December 2021, a stolen vehicle was driven into Puget Sound. Tide Management Seattle PD contracted Team Pro-Tow to help with the water vehicle recovery. Fortunately, we were able to use a light-style rigging kit and spreader bar to hook up to the submerged vehicle. It was safely loaded onto a flatbed and towed away.

Thankfully, this vehicle was pulled out in one piece and didn’t require extensive vehicle fluid spill recovery. However, when a vehicle ends up in the ocean, whether due to accidents or intentionally, it can be a significant environmental hazard.
